Find me someone who doesn’t want bigger loads—I dare you. A huge cumshot is the hottest way to end a hookup, but not everyone can shoot huge, thick ropes of cum every single time they finish. Everyone has a sad, drizzly orgasm every once in a while. For a lot of guys, the path towards bigger loads starts with supplements. Twitter is abuzz with excitement about the possibility that zinc supplements will increase the size of your load. But will zinc supersize your loads, or is it simply an urban myth?

According to Dr. Joshua Gonzalez, a urologist and sexual health expert who co-founded Popstar Labs, it’s all true; zinc can indeed increase the amount of cum you shoot each and every time. It’s one of the active ingredient in Popstar Labs’ Volume and Taste Enhancer, but you can also find zinc at most drug stores, where you can buy it over the counter. “Zinc has been shown to help boost semen volume,” he Gonzalez says. “It's also important for like testosterone production.”
On the record, it’s hard to say just how much larger your loads will be once you start taking zinc. It’s hard to quantify, Gonzalez explains, but anecdotally, “we’ve definitely had patients and customers report a significant increase.” For some people, that’s looked like loads twice as big as they were before taking supplements. Zinc, incidentally, has a bunch of other benefits from immune to metabolic function, but if you only want it to shoot bigger loads we get it.

As more cum in each orgasm isn’t enough of a draw, bigger loads, Gonzalez says, should help you shoot farther as well. It’s not a guarantee, Gonzalez warns, since there’s also the strength and health of your pelvic floor to consider, and getting older almost universally means less forceful ejaculations. All the same, more cum usually means bigger cumshots. “You have to have a greater force of contraction to expel more fluid,” he says. “So if you produce more fluid, the chances are your force will be greater.”
Like many supplements, zinc doesn’t come without risk. Namely: overdosing. According to the NIH, adults shouldn’t be taking more than 40 milligrams per day. More than that and you risk some gastrointestinal issues, and, in more severe cases neurological problems. As with most supplements, if you stick to the recommended doses, you shouldn’t have to deal with any of those problems, but it’s worth talking to your doctor to make sure a zinc supplement is ok to take. “We tell patients, before they take are considering taking a supplement,” Gonzalez says, “to consult with their doctors to make sure that they're not taking zinc in any other forms of supplements.”
But zinc isn’t the only way to increase the size of your loads. “Hydration is probably the number one” way to make sure you have bigger loads, Gonzalez explains. Toxins like smoking and drinking decrease the volume of semen you produce, so giving those up will likely ensure more cum each time too. One thing to note: if you’re going to take zinc supplements, you’ve got to stay consistent. A single pill wont do the trick. So the next time you’re putting together a Sniffies bukkake, make sure to start taking your zinc far in advance.
