If you’ve never hosted a group on Sniffies, consider this a sign. Log onto the map—make sure you’re Sniffies Plus user—find the sliders icon on the top-right corner of the map, find the “Host a Group button, and press the plus sign.
From there you can start exploring—what kind of group do you want to host? Would you like to be the star of your own fantasy, or would you rather set up an hours-long gooner-buddy jerk fest? You’re only limited by your own imagination. But before you start setting a date and inviting Cruisers on the map, there are a few things to know before hosting a group on Sniffies.
What to know before hosting a group on Sniffies
Before anyone arrives, you’ll want to make sure you’re prepared. That means stocking your place with a bunch of towels—more than you think you’ll need—lube, and/or condoms if that’s your thing. If you’re setting up an anonymous, blindfolded situation, maybe you’ll want to tap a facilitator who can greet Cruisers as they show up, and make sure everything’s going smoothly throughout. If you’re thinking of a circle jerk, maybe you’ll want to choose some porn to play on your TV.
Think about how you want Cruisers to get to your place—can you leave the door unlocked, or give Cruisers a code to get into your building? Nothing ruins the momentum like ducking out a bunch of times to bring in a newcomer.
It’s also helpful to set up your group for some time in the future to give Cruisers on the map an opportunity to find it and ask to join. It’s usually safe to assume that not every Cruiser who RSVP’s to your group will show up—cast a wide net, and assume some Cruisers will bail.
How to set up a group on Sniffies
Find the Host a Group button the Sniffies map to start the process. From there you’ll want to select which kind of group you’d like to host. On Sniffes, you can host a circle jerk, a pump and dump, a bukake, an orgy, a fetish group, or special event.
Next, write a headline—go for something eye catching. “ALL ABOARD THIS TRAIN 🚂 NONSTOP SERVICE TO POUND TOWN” will get more responses than a meek “plz fuck me.” Get specific with your description as well. This is where you can tell Cruisers exactly what you want; it can be as straightforward as when they should arrive and when you plan to wrap things up, or you can simply tell them to take their shoes off when they enter.
The description is also where you can specify how you want the group to go—it’s where you’ll tell Cruisers your circle jerk is actually a long edging goon sesh, that your special event is a leather and gear meetup, or that the bukake you’re hosting is actually for your partner.
Finally, set up the details of your group: the location—that’ll only be available to Cruisers joining the event, the duration, and the group rules, and let Cruisers send in their join requests. Once you approve Cruisers to join your group, the only thing you have to do is wait for them to arrive on the day. Happy hosting, Cruiser.
